  "text": "(1) Article 5 of the Dogs Order (exemptions) is amended as follows.\n(2) For paragraph (b) substitute—\n“(b) a dog kept and used by a disabled person (within the meaning of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (c. 50)) wholly or mainly for the purpose of assisting that person to carry out normal day-to-day activities;”.",
