# Dogs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 16: Interpretation


In this Act—
“the Department” means the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development;
“the Dogs Order” means the Dogs (Northern Ireland) Order 1983 (NI 8).
