# Domestic Abuse Act 2021, Paragraph 9


In section 58 of the Children Act 2004 (reasonable punishment: England), in subsection (2), after paragraph (c) insert—
“(d) an offence under section 75A of the Serious Crime Act 2015 (strangulation or suffocation).”
