# The Dorset Fire Services (Combination Scheme) Order 1996, Paragraph 23

Extent: E+W

There shall be transferred—
(a) to the fire brigade members of the fire brigade maintained by Dorset County Council, and
(b) to employment by the Authority persons employed by that council wholly or mainly for the purposes of the fire brigade maintained by that council.
