# Dover Harbour Act 1698, Section II: Coaster or Fisherman to pay but once a Year.


Provided alwaies That no Coaster or Fisherman shall pay the Duty charged by this Act oftner than Once in any One Yeare Any thing in this Act contained to the contrary notwithstanding
