# The Dover Harbour (Constitution) Revision Order 2016, Paragraph 1


The first meeting of the Board after the new constitution date must be convened by the chair of the Board for such date and at such place as he or she may fix and the chair must make arrangements for notice of that meeting to be sent to each of the other directors.
