  "text": "(1) The Board must at their first meeting after the new constitution date appoint one of their number to be the deputy chair and the deputy chair shall, unless he or she resigns his or her office or ceases to be a director, continue in office until 31 December 2016.\n(2) The Board must appoint one of their number to be deputy chair for each subsequent calendar year who shall continue in office until the end of that calendar year unless he or she resigns his or her office or ceases to be a director.",
