# The Dover Harbour (Constitution) Revision Order 2016, Paragraph 3


Directors shall be appointed on such terms as the Secretary of State or, as the case may be, the Board determines and as soon as practicable after a director has been appointed, the appointment and the terms of it must be confirmed in writing by a person duly authorised to do so on behalf of the Board.
