  "text": "On a casual vacancy occurring in the office of deputy chair of the Board, the vacancy must be filled by the appointment by the Board of one of their number at a meeting held as soon as practicable after the vacancy occurs, and the person so appointed shall hold office until the end of the calendar year in which the vacancy occurs.",
