Article 12 Proof of byelaws

A copy of a byelaw of the Board duly confirmed purporting to be printed by direction of the Board and being authenticated by their seal and the signature of their Register shall for all purposes be prima facie evidence of such byelaw and of the due making and confirmation thereof without proof of such seal or signature.
