  "text": "The planning permission granted by article 3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 for the development authorised by this Order shall be treated as specific planning permission for the purposes of section 264(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (cases in which land is to be treated as operational land for the purposes of that Act).",
