  "text": "In this Order—\n“the 1954 Act” means the Dover Harbour Consolidation Act 1954;\n“the 1963 Act” means the Dover Harbour Act 1963;\n“the 2006 Order” means the Dover Harbour Revision Order 2006;\n“the Board” means the Dover Harbour Board;\n“harbour” means Dover Harbour and has the meaning given by section 4 of the 1954 Act;\n“subsidiary” has the meaning given by section 1159(1) of the Companies Act 2006; and\n“the undertaking” has the meaning given by section 4 of the 1954 Act.",
