  "text": "(1) The Board may for the purposes of or in connection with the carrying on of the undertaking subscribe for or acquire shares or securities in, or become a member of, any body corporate.\n(2) The power in paragraph (1) is in addition to the powers in article 4(1)(b), article 5(1)(b), section 22(1)(c) of the 1963 Act (additional powers of Board) and article 7 of the 2006 Order (deposits and investments).",
