Article 13 Works to be deemed part of the harbour

The works will be deemed for all purposes to be part of the harbour and all the enactments relating to the harbour, and the byelaws, directions, rules and regulations of the Board for the time being in force relating to the harbour, apply (so far as they are applicable and are not inconsistent with or varied by this Order) to the works and may be enforced by the Board accordingly.
