Article 4 Power to deviate

Subject to the provisions of this Order, in carrying out the works authorised by article 3 (power to construct and maintain works) the Board may—

(a)

deviate laterally from the lines or situations of those works as shown on the deposited plan to any extent not exceeding the limits of deviation; and

(b)

deviate vertically from the levels of those works as shown on the deposited section—

(i)

to any extent not exceeding 3 metres upwards; and

(ii)

to such extent downwards as may be found necessary or convenient.
