Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “The Board” means the Dover Harbour Board;

• “the harbour” means the harbour as defined in section 4 of the Dover Harbour Consolidation Act 1954^f1;

• “the signed plan” means the plan signed in triplicate by an Under Secretary in the Department of Transport, two copies of which have been deposited at the Department and one copy of which has been deposited at the offices of the Board situated at the Harbour House, Dover, Kent, CT17 9BU.
