  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies to—\n(a) NHS England,\n(b) an integrated care board,\n(c) a Special Health Authority established under section 28 of the National Health Service Act 2006,\n(d) a National Health Service trust established under section 25 of that Act, and\n(e) an NHS foundation trust.\n(2) The “relevant functions” of a person to whom this paragraph applies are all of its functions, so far as exercisable in or in relation to England.",
