# The A956 (Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route) Special Road Scheme 2010, Section 1: Citation and commencement


This Scheme may be cited as the A956 (Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route) Special Road Scheme 2010 and comes into force on the 28th day after the day on which it is approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
