# The Absent Voting (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2026, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Absent Voting (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2026.
(2) This Order comes into force on 3 November 2026.
