  "text": "In regulation 10 (additional requirements for applications for a proxy vote in respect of a particular election), after paragraph (5E) insert—\n“(5F) Where an application under paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 4 is made after 5 p.m. on the sixth day before the date of the poll at the election for which it is made because the circumstances set out in regulation 11(4D) apply, the application must (in addition to providing any other information required under these Regulations) state that it is being made because of those circumstances.”.",
