# The Absent Voting (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2026, Regulation 17: Interpretation


In article 2(1) (interpretation) after the definition of “service voter” insert—
““UK digital service” has the same meaning as in section 12B(6) of the Scotland Act 1998,”.
