Article 48 Transitional provisions and savings

The Lord Chancellor may by order make such transitional provisions and savings as he considers appropriate in connection with the coming into operation of any provision of this Order.

Schedule 3 (transitional provisions and savings) shall have effect.

Nothing in Schedule 3 limits paragraph (1) or the operation of sections 28 and 29 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954^f1.
