# Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, Article 41: Litigation funding agreements: the Commission


The Commission, and any body established or maintained by the Commission, may not—
(a) fund services under a litigation funding agreement, or
(b) make any payment to any person for the purpose of enabling services to be funded under a litigation funding agreement.
