  "heading": "Transitional provisions and savings",
  "text": "(1) The Lord Chancellor may by order make such transitional provisions and savings as he considers appropriate in connection with the coming into operation of any provision of this Order.\n(2) Schedule 3 (transitional provisions and savings) shall have effect.\n(3) Nothing in Schedule 3 limits paragraph (1) or the operation of sections 28 and 29 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.",
