# The Accounts and Reports (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 34: The Companies (Receipt of Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2013


In regulation 9(4) of the Companies (Receipt of Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2013 (supplementary provisions), before “an EEA State”, in each place it occurs, insert “the United Kingdom or”.
