# The Accounts and Reports (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 4: The Large and Medium-sized Companies and Groups (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008


In Schedule 3 (insurance companies: Companies Act individual accounts)—
(a) in paragraph 52(3) (long-term business provision)—
(i) after “Faculty of Actuaries” insert “with due regard to generally accepted actuarial principles and”;
(ii) omit the words from “, with due regard” to the end;
(b) in paragraph 87(1) (particulars of tax)—
(i) for paragraph (a), substitute—
“(a) in the country in which its head office is located, and”;
(ii) omit paragraph (b).
