In Schedule 7 (matters to be dealt with in directors’ report)—
(a) in paragraph 4 (political donations and expenditure)—
(i) in sub-paragraph (1), for “non-EU” substitute “non-UK”;
(ii) in sub-paragraph (4)—
(aa) for “non EU” substitute “non-UK”;
(bb) for “member States” substitute “United Kingdom”;
(b) in paragraph 13(1) (disclosure required by certain publicly-traded companies) before “regulated market” insert “UK”.
