# The Accounts and Reports (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 9: The Partnerships (Accounts) Regulations 2008


In regulation 6 (publication of accounts of qualifying partnerships at head office)—
(a) in paragraph (1), at the beginning insert “Subject to regulation 7,”;
(b) omit paragraph (2).
