Regulation 19 Commencement of leave under regulation 14
Save where regulations 16(5) and 17(2) apply, P’s period of additional paternity leave under regulation 14 begins—
(a)
on the start date notified in P’s leave notice under regulation 16(1), or,
(b)
where applicable, the date specified in P’s most recent subsequent notice under regulation 17(1).
