Regulation 11 Publication of representations and comments

As soon as practicable following receipt, the Scottish Ministers must make copies of any representations or comments received by them by virtue of regulations 9(2) or 10(2) available for inspection on a website or by other electronic means, until such time as the Scottish Ministers publish a decision notice in accordance with regulation 13.
