# The Additional Powers Request (Scotland) Regulations 2019, Regulation 8: Validation date


An additional powers request is taken to have been made on the date on which the last of the items or information required to be contained in or accompany an additional powers request in accordance with regulation 6(2) is received by the Scottish Ministers (“the validation date”).
