# The Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (Adoptions from Overseas) Regulations 2010, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (Adoptions from Overseas) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 9th April 2010.
