# The Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (Adoptions from Overseas) Regulations 2010, Regulation 12: Return to work


For the purposes of these Regulations, an adopter entitled to statutory adoption pay is treated as returning to work if that payment is not payable to that person in accordance with section 171ZN(3) or (5) of the Act.
