  "heading": "Conditions to be satisfied by the child’s mother",
  "text": "The conditions referred to in regulation 4(1)(b) are that M—\n(a) became entitled, by reference to becoming pregnant with C, to—\n(i) a maternity allowance, or\n(ii) statutory maternity pay;\n(b) has taken action constituting a return to work within the meaning of regulation 19;\n(c) has taken the action referred to in paragraph (b) not less than two weeks after the birth of C; and\n(d) has at least two weeks of her maternity allowance period or maternity pay period which remain unexpired.",
