Article 2 Amendment to the Adjacent Waters Boundaries (Northern Ireland) Order 2002

The Adjacent Waters Boundaries (Northern Ireland) Order 2002^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 3(3) (the boundary of the Northern Ireland zone)—

(a)

before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(za)
follows the limit of the exclusive economic zone^f2 from the co-ordinate numbered 1 in the Schedule to the co-ordinate numbered 1A in the Schedule,”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (a)—

(i)

at the beginning insert “then”;

(ii)

for “1” substitute “1A”.

In the Schedule (which lists co-ordinates)—

(a)

after point 1, insert—

“

1A 53° 43’ 55.776” N : 05° 17’ 47.112” W;

”

(b)

omit points 2 to 6.
