In paragraph (4) of regulation 11 (provision of information relating to entitlement to statutory paternity pay or statutory adoption pay) of the Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (Administration) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002f1 for “regulation 12(3) of the Adoption Agencies (Scotland) Regulations 1996” substitute “regulation 8(5) of the Adoption Agencies (Scotland) Regulations 2009”.
