The Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (Administration) Regulations 2002f1 are amended as follows.

In paragraph (4) of regulation 11 (provision of information relating to statutory paternity pay or statutory adoption pay) for “regulation 12(3) of the Adoption Agencies (Scotland) Regulations 1996” substitute “regulation 8(5) of the Adoption Agencies (Scotland) Regulations 2009”.
