The Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation)—
(a)
in the definition of “adopter”, in paragraph (b) for “section 22 of the Adoption (Scotland) Act 1978” substitute “section 18 of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007”;
(b)
in the definition of “adoption agency” for “section 1(4) of the Adoption (Scotland) Act 1978” substitute “section 119(1) of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007”.
