# The Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 48


In Schedule 1 (orders etc. relating to the care of children) to the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009 after paragraph 14 insert—
“14A. A permanence order made, or treated as being made, under section 80 of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007.”.
