Paragraph 8
In Schedule 9 to the Income Support (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987f1 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) in paragraph 25(1)(b) at the end insert “or in accordance with an adoption allowance scheme made under section 71 of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (adoption allowances scheme)”.
