# The Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2011, Paragraph 9


In regulation 3(2)(d) (application of the Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (Administration) Regulations 2002 to adoptions from overseas) of the Statutory Paternity Pay (Adoption) and Statutory Adoption Pay (Adoptions from Overseas) (Administration) Regulations 2003, in paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant domestic authority” for “Intercountry Adoption (Hague Convention) (Scotland) Regulations 2003” substitute “Adoptions with a Foreign Element (Scotland) Regulations 2009”.
