  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 7(4) of the Age-Related Payments Act 2004, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nSOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 2005\nComing into force 1st September 2005\nWhereas a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 7(4) of the Age-Related Payments Act 2004 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 7 of the Age-Related Payments Act 2004, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to it, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
