Regulation 2 Prescribed fee

The fee for an application made to a professional authorityf1 for the appointment of—

(a)

a person under section 22(2) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, or

(b)

an arbitrator under section 84(2) of that Act,

is £195.
