  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 (Board constitution etc) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2 (members’ terms of office etc)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1), for “of the chair or of a Board member” substitute “of a Board member, including the chair,”;\n(b) for sub-paragraph (4) substitute—\n“(4) A person may be reappointed to a particular position on the Board once only (and sub-paragraph (1) applies in relation to that reappointment).”.",
