# The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 6: Amendment of Schedule 2 (Board constitution etc)


(1) Schedule 2 (Board constitution etc) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2 (members’ terms of office etc)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (1), for “of the chair or of a Board member” substitute “of a Board member, including the chair,”;
(b) for sub-paragraph (4) substitute—
“(4) A person may be reappointed to a particular position on the Board once only (and sub-paragraph (1) applies in relation to that reappointment).”.
