  "text": "(1) The following are entitled to vote in relation to the levy.\nVoters\nLevy\nVoters and categories\nPigs\nAny person who keeps pigs in England\nAny person who slaughters or exports pigs in England\nCattle\nAny person who keeps cattle in England\nAny person who slaughters or exports cattle in England\nSheep\nAny person who keeps sheep in England\nAny person who slaughters or exports sheep in England\nMilk\nAny milk producer in Great Britain\nHorticulture\nAny person who pays horticulture levy\nPotato\nAny person who pays the potato grower levy\nAny person who pays the potato buyer levy\nCereal\nAny person who pays the cereal buyer levy\nAny person who pays the cereal processor levy\nAny person who pays the cereal grower levy\nOilseeds\nAny person who pays the oilseed grower levy\n(2) The qualification for voting must be satisfied in the twelve months preceding the ballot.\n(3) Each person entitled to vote has one vote (if there is a partnership each partnership has one vote).\n(4) Separate ballots may be held for different categories of voters.",
