  "text": "(1) The following bodies are dissolved—\n(a) the British Potato Council;\n(b) the Home-Grown Cereals Authority;\n(c) the Horticultural Development Council;\n(d) the Meat and Livestock Commission; and\n(e) the Milk Development Council.\n(2) All property, rights and liabilities of the dissolved bodies are transferred to the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board in accordance with Schedule 4 (provisions relating to the transfer).",
