# The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Order 2007, Paragraph 4: Use of surplus


The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board must use the surplus from each dissolved body for the purposes for which the body was established or for connected purposes; and “surplus” means the amount by which immediately before the transfer the assets of the body exceed its liabilities.
