Regulation 26 Notification of the determination on the breach

Where the Secretary of State makes determinations under regulation 23(1) and (2), the Secretary of State must—

(a)

give notice in writing to the agreement holder, within a reasonable period, of those determinations and the reasons for them; and

(b)

inform that person of the right to request a reconsideration under regulation 30.
