# The Agriculture (Legislative Functions) (EU Exit) (No.2) Regulations 2019, Regulation 3: Amendment of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013


In Article 3—
(a) in paragraph 4, for the words from “Commission” to “Article 227” substitute “appropriate authority may make regulations”;
(b) in paragraph 5, in point (c)(ii)(aa), after “16” insert “, 21, 22, 24, 25, 126”
